We are a Type III School Bus/NEMT provider based in the St Peter/Mankato, MN area. 4.0 School Services and Amvan have been serving communities in South Central Minnesota since 1993. In November 2024, 4.0 purchased Amvan to create 4.0 Amvan!

Amvan recognizes that families want a safer ride option for their loved ones of all ages. Amvan staff live right in YOUR community and we never subcontract work out to others. Our drivers are highly skilled, trained and vetted. Our vans are meticulously cleaned & maintained DAILY, plus inspected by both MNDOT and State Patrol every year.
Amvan “Arrive” Ride Service is not limited to select cities or destinations. We can go almost anywhere.
